Rox Box Pty Ltd (Box Deli) is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service, which includes protecting your privacy. From 21 December 2001, the Commonwealth Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 came into effect, which sets out a number of principles concerning the confidentiality and security of personal information.
1. From 21 December 2001, new laws will protect the privacy of your personal information. Box Deli holds and from time to time collects personal information from Box Deli club members such as names, addresses and emails of its members only.
2. Box Deli club uses members personal information to process their applications, to advise members of special offers and to facilitate Box Delis normal business operations. Without this information, Box Deli would be unable to effectively provide and maintain services to members. Box Deli does not sell or give customer lists containing personal information to other persons or organizations outside Box Deli.
3. Your personal information may be accessed and used by any employee of Box Deli to:
. Market products and services, which may be of interest to you and may be supplied by advertisers of Box Deli.
4. Box Deli will only disclose your personal information:

. If you consent.

Box Deli will respond to any such request for access as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event will acknowledge it within 14 days of receiving the request. If it is straightforward for Box Deli to access and provide the information requested, it will normally be possible to provide a photocopy of such information within 14 days of the request.
You may ask Box Deli to change any details that may be incorrect or out of date.
6. If you wish to complain about a breach of privacy, you can do so at any time by writing (by mail, fax or email or by delivery in person) to the address above.
Box Deli will respond to any such complaint as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event will acknowledge it within 14 days.
Box Deli will use all reasonable endeavours to investigate all such complaints and take such action as is necessary to resolve them, in accordance with its obligations under the National Privacy Principles.
7. When you browse www.boxdeli.com.au, you browse anonymously. Personal information - such as your name, address, telephone number or email address is not collected as you browse. Box Deli do not use 'cookies' to collect statistical information on website usage. (A 'cookie' is a message given to a web browser by a web server. This message is stored by your browser and will be used each time you access the site that the 'cookie' relates to.)
